Saying that these past Olympics were his final Games, 31-year-old U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps walks away from his sport as the most accomplished and decorated Olympian ever, winning a total of 28 medals and a record 23 golds.

With such success comes lots of money, as Phelps' net worth is estimated at a cool $55 million, according to FOX Business. So what does a guy with that much cash spend it on? An amazing house, of course, as Phelps recently bought a $2.53 million home in Paradise Valley, Arizona to rock away in his rocking chair in during retirement.

Here are some pics from the incredible home, per HighResMedia.com

Boasting over 6,000-square feet, the house includes five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, views of Camelback Mountain and, obviously, a pool. If he ever needs a housesitter, we'd happily offer our services.
