If there's absolutely one thing we just can't stand, it's when we lay our little heads down to sleep and, magically, our minds just seem to be overactive at the worst moment possible, spinning in circles and giving us so much anxiety that we just can't pass the hell out.

Well, while we don't have some magical solution to stop all of this from happening, we did speak to Dr. Martha Cortes, DDS, a dental-sleep medicine expert who gave us some tips on how to help stop such sleepless nights.
