Jay Z's Tab At A NYC Bar Included Nothing But High-End Champagne That Totaled Over $90,000

Rapper Jay Z might have 99 problems, but, damn, spending money certainly ain't one! That's because, according to a tweet from Page Six, the man known has Hova dropped an absurd $91,135 on his favorite drink, Ace of Spades champagne, which he owns and references numerous times in some of his songs, but racked up an even bigger bill for the entire night — to the tune of over $100,000!

Jay Z, who has a net worth estimated to be around $810 million, per Forbes' 2017 list of richest hip hop stars, was out celebrating his friend, Juan “OG” Perez's, birthday. Perez is the president of Roc Nation Sports, the agency owned by Jay Z.

After starting things off at a swanky restaurant, where Jay Z spent $13,000, the party continued to the nightclub Muse, which is where the real damage was done — because, you know, what's a night out if you're not going to spend six figures, right? Check out the tweet of the bill.

All of a sudden, I don't feel so badly about those weekend nights where I wake up hungover, forgetting what happened the night prior and seeing I spent $150 at the bar. The fact that Jay Z does nearly 1,000 times more than that is just absolutely absurd — but, hey, the guy is king.

What's lost in the ridiculousness of the price of Ace of Spades champagne is that Hova left an $11,000 tip for the lucky waiter or waitress taking care of him and his party. Getting paid over 10 Gs to pop bottles for millionaires? Where can I sign up for such a gig? The bigger question I have is this: If Jay Z owns Ace of Spades champagne, why the hell is he paying full price for it? Yeah, that's one of the biggest mysteries with this whole story.

Oh well, hopefully the rapper didn't wake up with a nasty hangover. Although, let's be honest, if he did, it was one of the most expensive hangovers in the history of hangovers.
