Jennifer Lawrence's Trainer Reveals The Secrets Behind Her Sexy Bod

A lot of people assume that Hollywood celebrities just wake up looking that fabulous or better yet, spend boat loads of money on cosmetic surgery to look that fabulous. It rarely dawns on people that these actors, entertainers, and models often find themselves in the gym for hours on end coupled with tweaking their diets to juuuuusttt the right proportions. I will say that fortunately for the rich and famous, personal trainers are an easy commodity to come by and one man by the name of Dalton Wong is no exception.

Dalton is the founder of a private West London gym, Twenty Two Training. His personal roster of clients is incredibly impressive, ranging from Amanda Seyfried to Dianna Agron.

But of course, we're here to talk about one lovely lady in particular today and that's Jennifer Lawrence and her killer body! According to the Daily Mail—"Meeting in 2010, the award-winning superstar (and highest paid actress in the world), said: 'Dalton taught me how to eat, move and live a delicious but healthy life. I will always thank him for that'. In preparation for X-Men: First Class, the two intensely trained together by doing running, weight lifting, yoga, resistance, and squats. "

Lawrence is an extremely body positive young woman and we respect her tremendously for that! She has become quite the icon to young girls everywhere and she's made it clear that despite her sometimes quirky and unapologetic antics, she's very much a role model. In a quote to Vogue—“I’m never going to starve myself for a part . . . I don’t want little girls to be like, ‘Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I’m going to skip dinner.’ That’s something I was really conscious of during training, when you’re trying to get your body to look exactly right. I was trying to get my body to look fit and strong—not thin and underfed.”
