We know that there have been some incredibly attractive women we've virtually introduced you over the years, but, at this very moment, one of our favorites happens to be this pilot turned travel blogger named Madeleine Schneider-Weiffenbach — and one look at the blonde from Germany and you'll be able to see why.
Now, look, we're not about to go out on a whim and just declare that Madeleine's the sexiest pilot around — we're not that bold, especially given some of the other women who could make an argument for themselves, too, like Maria Pettersson or Maria Fagerstrom. Still, Madeleine Schneider-Weiffenbach has our vote.
Her story's even more interesting than some of her Instagram pics, as Madeleine went from aspiring, full-time pilot to a travel blogger because, get this, there wasn't an airline who hired her to spend the majority of her time in the sky. Well, their loss is our gain, because, rather than be cooped up in the cockpit of an airplane, Madeleine's traveling the world and showing off some stunning pics of herself.
Although she wasn't able to fly full-time for a career, Madeleine Schneider-Weiffenbach does still keep her pilot license current — but, typically, rides as a passenger more than handling things herself while 30,000-feet in the air.
So, what gave Madeleine the inspiration to "go for it" and give up the dream of being a full-time pilot and focus on building her own travel blog to be paid? Well, she talked to Business Insider about just that:
"Being a blonde woman, you're always underestimated," she told INSIDER. "People always think that you're not as good as the guys, so of course in flight school I had a lot of issues sometimes where flight instructors or peers didn't think that I was good enough."
"At the beginning I only had an aviation account, and then I started to post a bit more about my personal life, about fitness and food, and lots of traveling, and it became so popular that after one year I did my MBA, and I could live off it," she said.
Smart, sexy, talented and clearly motivated, Madeleine Schneider-Weiffenbach can do no wrong in our book — and her more than 765,000 Instagram followers have to agree.
