Even at 46 years old, singer/actress Mariah Carey remains one of the sexiest ladies on the planet—as well as one of the more talented. So, what does it take for a mid-40s celebrity to stay in such good shape? Well, a superbly boring diet.
Talking to E! Online about some of the stuff that she eats, here's what Mariah revealed are the two things she only eats.
“It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it,” Carey told E! News recently while promoting the Dec. 4 premiere of her new E! docs-series Mariah’s World. “All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it.”
“I’m actually serious,” she laughed, adding, “I try to stick with the proteins. It’s the worst.” But it works!
I understand the whole "sticking to proteins" thing, but, seriously, Mariah, just salmon and capers—every, single, day!?!
While that sounds awful for most of us, it does seem to work well for Mariah Carey, because she's so fine that even her Las Vegas billboards were deemed to sexy, via UPROXX. Knowing that, hell, who am I to judge.
Keep doing you, Mariah, the rest of us will stick to chowing down greasy burgers and drinking IPAs to survive.
