If you've ever been subjected to watching a Romantic Comedy with your girlfriend, then you're fully aware of the whole "objecting at a wedding" movie trope. Thing is, that sh*t happens in real life too, albeit much less than in film. That said, when it does happen in the movies it's usually flowery and romantic, by way of someone finally admitting they're in love with the bride (or groom). In real life? Not so much. It generally results in complete and total F'in disaster.
How do we know? Well, we happened to come across a very entertaining reddit thread posed by user, Tonezinator. They asked, "Redditors who objected at a wedding, what was the reason? How did it go after?"
