Whether or not you're willing to admit it out loud, parents are always right. This is not our opinion, this is an irrefutable fact. At some point during your life, you're going to have a moment when the world stops spinning and you get a flashback to your childhood. Undoubtedly, you'll start to hear your mom and dad spitting wisdom that you previously thought was total bullsh*t. Turns out, it was never BS, it was 100% correct, and you were just too dumb, young, and naive to listen! Never fear though! In one way or another, we all heed the advice our parental units provided.
Remember that piece of parting advice before leaving for a prepubescent night out? Or the well meaning reminder as you were pulling out of the driveway for a school day? Turns out our parents (shocker!) have lived quite a life before us. Almost equally as unbelievably, most of the trials and tribulations of life that we face? They did too. I know we don't want to admit it, but it's real. And based on those experiences, they have a lot to tell us
