We here at FHM like to look after you, which is why we're big fans of helping out your sex lives as best we can with different advice. And while we've talked about a lot of things, a survey from Happify just answered a bunch of sex questions that you need to know about.

Here are some of the results from the study, which were initially released earlier this year:

  • 61percent of singles and 18 percent of married people haven't had sex in the past year, according to the National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior, one of the most comprehensive studies of Americans' sex lives.

  • In one survey, women reported having the "best sex of their lives" around age 26. For men, it's 32.

  • Yet, people in their 50s and 60s said they had their best sex when they were 46.

  • Once a week is the sweet spot. In fact, couples who have sex an average of once a week are happiest. Researchers note that while it's important to maintain an intimate connection with your partner, weekly sex is enough to preserve that bond.

  • Couples who cuddle after sex are more satisfied sexually and in their relationships.

  • 17: That's the age most teens have sex for the first time (which is later than in previous decades).

  • Only about 1 in 4 women can orgasm through intercourse alone.

  • Here are the top-3 countries most satisfied with their sex lives, in ascending order: Switzerland, Spain and Italy.

The entire study can be found in an infographic on Happify.com, so study up and take your sex life to the next level!
