The 10 Best Martin Scorcese Films Are Better Than Anything You're Watching Right Now

Martin Scorcese is without a doubt one of Hollywood's most prominent directors, producers, and screen writers.

At the age of 74-years-old, Martin has a career spanning over 50-years. To put that into prospective, he's been working about as long as Quentin Tarantino has been alive.

It's possible that you've seen one (or more) of his movies without even knowing it was his. Although, if you're unfamiliar with his name entirely—might I ask, do you have any taste when it comes to movies at all? Because Scorcese is THE BEST. Literally, Google: Best Modern Director and his name will pop right up:

Scorcese's most recent film, Silence came out last year around Christmas time and did incredibly well in the box office (as his films always do). It's too new to have made this list, but worth watching nonetheless.

The Irishman (crime/drama), set to be released in 2018 will be the newest movie from Scorcese, and can I just say, the cast is going to be BANANAS—Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Al Pacino, Harvey Keitel, and Bobby Canavalle, just to name a few!! I was hoping that Leo DiCaprio would be thrown into the mix, but you can't win 'em all!

In the meantime, continue to watch the classics, you will NOT be disappointed.
