If you've ever had a hunch that your significant other was running around and having some extra fun on the side, a new poll from the website Victoria Milan might have just given you the answer—because the "world's #1 site for extra-marital affairs" just polled their users to give tips on what to look for.

Here's what some of the the users—who, bear in mind, are cheating themselves—revealed in the poll, via JOE.

  • Being extra careful with their privacy (mobile phone, email).

  • Keeping distance from their partner and avoiding eye contact

  • Looking too good: well-dressed and extra-worried about their appearance

  • Not behaving naturally: not being concerned about family matters, being focused on other things

  • Showering at strange hours or putting clothes directly in the laundry

  • Forgetting their alibi and mixing their stories up

  • Being extra loving and kind because they feel guilty

  • Having lipstick marks or perfume on their clothes

  • Going to bed right away and making excuses to not have sex

  • Keeping bills or invoices of dates

While some of those might be obvious—like the lipstick or perfume on their clothing and mixing up their stories to cover up lies—it's interesting and important information to know. Of course, just because a partner may do one or a few of these things, never just assume your partner's fooling around elsewhere, because you never want to pin cheating on someone else unless 100 percent certain.

Here's to hoping none of this ever happens to you, though, because cheating is never cool.
