When I feel like I'm getting a scratchy throat after a long weekend of drinking and/or lack of sleep, it's not uncommon for me to down smoothies for the next couple days, hoping that the increased vitamins and nutrients help fend off any bad stuff in my body.
But a woman by the name of Tracy Kiss takes things to an entirely, uh, unique level when she does something similar, because Tracy told The Sun that she sucks down semen smoothies to help keep her healthy.
The personal trainer, who is mum to Millicent, nine, and four-year-old Gabriele, has previously advocated using sperm as a facial ointment.
On her bizarre beverage concoction, she said: “I’d been feeling run down and had no energy, but now I’m full of beans and my mood has improved.
“It can taste really good – depending on what my friend has been eating. My other mates think I’m strange, but I don’t give a toss.”
Tracy, who is a vegan, roped her 31-year-old single pal into giving her his semen. He comes round with a fresh tub three times a week.
“I know he’s healthy, doesn’t smoke, drink or do drugs and I made him have an STI check,” she said.
She mixes the semen with fruit, seeds, coconut or almond milk – but is also happy to drink it on its own.
“Every batch tastes different, depending on what he’s been eating,” she said.
Anyone else's stomach feel a little queasy?
Mmm can't beat a morning smoothie protein shake, I'll be sharing my secret recipe with you all very soon! There's nothing quite like fresh, natural healthy ingredients to boost your vitamins and minerals, improve your mood and up your nutrition. Our bodies are temples, we are what we eat my darlings so eat clean and live well. Happy Thursday ❤️💕💋❤️💕💋❤️💕💋 #love #peace #namaste #health #healthy #healthyfood #healthybreakfast #healthyeating #vegan #nutrition #nutritionadvisor #nutritionalcleansing #nutritional #food #fresh #fruit #secretingredient #vitamins #minerals #fitness #fuel #picoftheday #thursday
Tracy, who's a qualified nutritional adviser, mixes sperm with egg whites and lavender oil, then leaves it on her face for 15 minutes, three times a week.
As you might imagine, though, not everyone's down with such a magic ingredient—and it's not just because it sounds disgusting. Here's what The Sun’s Dr. Carol Cooper said about Tracy Kiss' home remedy, per The Sun:
“There’s no scientific evidence whatsoever that drinking sperm will stop flu. Plus, depending on where the semen comes from, you could be at risk of catching viruses including HIV and Ziku.
“Semen does contain a lot of zinc compared to other bodily fluids but not in comparison to a vitamin tablet or food.”
So, while Tracy might believe there's some benefit to the interesting smoothie boost, I'm not sure there are others in this world who share the same claim. To each her own, though—no matter how gross this might be to most people.
