I think most men are aware of the fact that generally speaking, women have a lot of pet peeves. It's only natural that those pet peeves would find their way into the bedroom, right?
Well, thankfully a study has been conducted that has revealed what women find to be the most unattractive thing a man can do during sex and unsurprisingly it has to do with ego.
A new report titled, "Do Women's Orgasms Function as a Masculinity Achievement For Men?" explains:
"To test this, we randomly assigned 810 men to read a vignette where they imagined that an attractive woman either did or did not orgasm during a sexual encounter with them. Participants then rated their sexual esteem and the extent to which they would feel masculine after experiencing the given situation. Our results showed that men felt more masculine and reported higher sexual esteem when they imagined that a woman orgasmed during sexual encounters with them, and that this effect was exacerbated for men with high masculine gender role stress."
Alright, so what's the problem? Turns out, a man trying to get a woman off for the sole purpose of inflating his own sense of ego and self-worth is a huge turn off. It makes a lot of sense when you think about it. An orgasm, for a woman, is a really special thing considering it isn't guaranteed. You know, being that men pretty much get off during every sexual encounter.
When you take that special moment and make it all about you, it becomes more of a masculine pissing contest then anything else. So next time you managed to get your lady to climax, go ahead and pat yourself on the back in private before you notice that you're getting laid a lot less.
